Fit for life

Fit for Life classes are designed for adults age 50 and up. This program is led by coach Karen, who is a registered nurse and an NASM certified personal trainer with a Senior Fitness Specialist endorsement.  

 

The class will reinforce the physical skills needed for fall prevention, maintaining independence, and supporting the activities of daily living. Your coach will guide you through a workout focused on developing better balance, building strength, and increasing mobility.  Each workout will be adjusted to meet individual participants’ current abilities and goals.

Classes run Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10:00am-11:00am.
