What we offer
Unlimited group classes
We offer coach-led group classes focused on functional fitness. Each class begins with a warm-up to get your body moving and ready for the workout to come. That is followed by a strength training session that involves functional movements typically done with barbells or dumbbells. Your coach will demonstrate and explain the technique of the day and will be there to answer questions and provide feedback. Class finishes with a conditioning workout called a “metcon”. The duration and intensity of these workouts vary from day to day. Your coach can modify any workout to accommodate your goals and abilities.
Fit for life (50+)
Fit for Life classes are being led by coach Karen, who is a registered nurse and an NASM certified personal trainer with a Senior Fitness Specialist endorsement.
The class will reinforce the physical skills needed for fall prevention, maintaining independence, and supporting the activities of daily living. Your coach will guide you through a workout focused on developing better balance, building strength, and increasing mobility. Each workout will be adjusted to meet individual participants’ current abilities and goals.
Kids Classes (ages 10-15)
Are you looking for a fun activity for your kids to stay active? Our kids classes are coach led and filled with fun fitness, tailored to meet each kid’s skill level! Ages 10-15 are welcome. Classes will run Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00am-8:45am through the summer of 2023. We have 5 and 10 class punch card options.

Are you looking to for a gym to do your own programming? or possibly a place you can clang and bang weights as loud as you want during our non group class times? We have a treadmill, an olympic lifting platform, as well as all the weights, dumbbells, and Kettlebells your training needs.
